    2009年末，成都市政府以体现“天府之国”自然之美的神韵，响亮地提出了创建“世界现代化田园城市”的构想。再过十年、二十年，我们正风华正茂，作为未来成都的建设者，我们也一定要有自己的设想和规划。

At the end of the year 2009, the Chengdu Municipal Government resonantly presented the idea of building Chengdu into “A
World Modern Garden City” to embody the romantic charms of the natural beauty of Sichuan--a land of abundance.  In ten
or twenty years when we will be in the bloom of youth, we must have our imagination and planning as the future builders of
Chengdu.
