               --Student-Parent Meeting for Fifth Grade

    4月9日下午五年级全体家长齐聚中海校区，进行了一次年级家长会，本次家长会的主题是《为了孩子的发展……》作为小学高段来讲，即将迈入中学这个特殊的时段，为了孩子的发展，我们的学校有什么样的要求，孩子们需要些什么，我们家长该做些什么，又该如何做，等等这一切正式我们今天要思考和交流的问题。本次家长会特别请到了成外中学的黄助理以及成外附小弥校长为大家做专题报告。

On the afternoon of April 9, all the parents of the fifth graders gathered on Zhonghai Campus to attend a student-parent
meeting which was themed by “For Children's Development”.  As the senior graders have approached the special
period of entering high schools quite soon, what requirements do we have for the children for their development?  What
do the kids need to do? How and what should the parents do?  All these above were what we had to think about and
exchange our ideas on today.  For this meeting, we specially invited Mr Huang, Principal’s Assistant of the Chengdu For-
eign Languages School and Principal Ms Mi of the Primary School Attached to the Chengdu Foreign Languages School
to give special reports.
