own teaching practices.  Ms Zhong Li thought that the setting of teaching objectives must be based on the real situations of the
children and that the characteristics of the children from different age groups must be studied so as to accurately grasp the
learning situation of the students.

徐东老师:随文识字为儿童学习汉字提供了良好的语言环境。
Ms Xu Dong: Recognizing characters in the texts has provided a good
language environment for the children to learn Chinese characters.

周步崎老师:依据汉字特点进行分类安排,可以极大提高识字的效率。
Ms Zhou Buqi: Making classification arrangements according to the characteristics of Chinese
characters may greatly improve the efficiency for the children to recognize characters.

华冬梅老师:根据字理和儿童的特点,将汉字音形义的学习结合起来,值得学习。
Ms Hua Dongmei: It is worth learning to integrate the studying of the pronunciations and formations with the meanings
of Chinese characters according to the principles for character formation and in the light of the children’s characteristics.

Ms Zhu Ying: Teachers should have solid basic skills and design teaching procedures meticulously.

Ms Huang Jieling: Teachers must be first immersed in texts and become faithful friends of them.

Mr Zhang Xiao: It’s not easy to delete the complicated so as to keep the pithy.

Mr Luo Yunxiang: Mr Jiang Junjing is good at guiding the perception and insight
of the students and at organizing their queries and has set us a good example.

Ms Zhou Fang: Timely precise and appropriate teaching
comments will make the classroom full of vigour and vitality.

弥校长:只有语文教师热爱语文,我们的孩子才会热爱语文;只有语文教师热爱阅读,我们的孩子才会热爱阅读。
Principal Ms Mi: Our children will love Chinese only if the Chinese teachers love it and only if the Chinese teachers love to read will the children do the same
