9月19日，我校二年级英语组开展了教研活动，同时邀请曾校长和教研组长陈李巍一同参与。二年级备课组准备非常充分，更邀请了三年级的李越老师友情助阵。老师们交流了字母教学和教师的专业成长。备课组长高洁老师提到一定要让孩子们学得扎实，而又要兴趣盎然。张平老师具体谈到了如何组织课堂教学游戏，“点燃”学生学习的热情。在考虑年级特色活动的时候，老师们提到了字母操和“女巫游戏”，调动身体参与学习，能够让学生“全身心”的学习真正发生；到生活中去找字母的活动，更是将学习与孩子们的生活联结起来。

On September 19th, our school's English group from Grade two carried out teaching and research activities, and invited the principal Zeng and leader Chen Liwei of the teaching and research group to participate. The preparation team of Grade two prepared well, even we also invited the teacher Li Yue of Grade three  to help us. The topic of conversation among teachers is the teaching of letters. Preparation team’s leader Gao Jie mentioned that we must let the children have a solid, and intense interest.Teacher Zhang Ping specifically talks about how to organize classroom teaching games to ignite the students' enthusiasm for learning. When considering the characteristics of grade activities, teachers mentioned letters exercise and "Witch Game", to mobilize the body to participate in the study, so that it can make students learn carefully; to find the letter activities in life, to make the learning linked with children's lives together.
