Zhonghai Campus PSACFLS Launches Contributions Mobilizing  for Yushu

    北京时间2010年04月14日07时49分许，青海省玉树藏族自治州玉树县（北纬33.1，东经96.7）发生7.1级地震，震源深度33千米。房屋大量倒塌，道路损毁，桥梁断裂，山体滑坡……人民群众生命财产损失严重。

At about 7:49 a.m. on April 14, 2010 Beijing time, a 7.1magnitude earthquake with a focal depth of 33 km struck Yushu County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province (Latitude 33.1°N, Longitude 96.7°E).   In the
earthquake, a large number of houses collapsed, roads were damaged and bridges were broken while mountainsides
slid, causing many severe life and property losses to the masses.

成外附小中海校区大队部在此倡议广大学生积极行动起来，发扬中华民族“一方有难，八方支援”的传统美德，向灾区人民伸出热情援手，时间就是生命，爱心就是希望。为了帮助灾区群众早日战胜地震带来的伤害，走出困境，让我们迅速行动起来，伸出援助之手，奉献一份爱心，点燃一份希望，共同为此次地震受灾同胞今后的生活安置和恢复重建奉献爱心。参与到玉树地震灾害紧急救助当中来，为灾区民众奉献爱心。

The Young Pioneers’ Headquarters of the Zhonghai Campus hereby propose that all students take actions positively, car-
ry forward the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation “When a disaster occurs at one spot, help will come from all sides”
and extend a warm helping hand for people in the disaster area.  Time is to life what a loving heart is to hope.  In order to
help the masses in the disaster area overcome the damages caused by the earthquake and step out of the predicaments as
early as possible, let’s take actions quickly, lend a helping hand, devote our loving heart and ignite the hope for the future
resettlement and reconstruction of the calamity-stricken compatriots in the earthquake.
