        4月22日下午，二年级二班在学校三楼会议室召开了一次特别的会议——班科联系会。本次会议以培养学生的大学科观为目标，以“如何提高学生学习主动性和综合素质，建立和谐互助的班级群体”为主题，以本班现状和学情为研究内容。以茶话会的形式，在轻松愉快的氛围中，学科老师，生活老师，家长代表和学校领导由点及面地展开讨论。根据孩子共性和个性特点，明确教育目标，寻求有效的教育方式。结合学校和家庭的资源为孩子提供切实有效的帮助。本次会议就教育理念，教育方式达成了较高的共识。在弥校长精彩的发言中，结束了本次活动，同时也将活动推向了高潮！

On the afternoon of April 22, a special contact meeting between the class teacher and other subject teachers of Class Ⅱ (2) was held in the meeting room on the third floor of the school.  Themed by “Improving Students’ Learning Initia-
tives and Upgrading Their Comprehensive Qualities to Establish a Harmonious and Interdependent Class”, the
goal of the meeting, which took the present situations and academic studies of the class as its content of research, was to
cultivate the students’ view of whole subjects.  The meeting was held in the form of a tea party, in which the class teacher
and teachers of other subjects and the homeroom teacher, parent representatives and the school leaders made a discus-
sion systematically in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to set up definite educational objectives, to seek effective ways
of education according to the common and individual characteristics of the students and to integrate home-school resour-
ces to provide the children with pragmatic and effective help.  A high consensus was reached on philosophy and methods
of education in this meeting, which ended with Principal Ms Mi’s wonderful speech, while the event was pushed into its
climax.
