Development Seminar for Chengdu Private Schools Held in PSACFLS

    在市教育学会民办教育专委会的组织下，3月18日上午，成都市民办学校《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（征求意见稿）》研讨会在我校召开，我市部分民办学校的校长参加了会议，成都市教育学会张乃文会长、成都市教育局行政审批处卢哲处长到会并做了重要讲话。

Organized by the Chengdu Municipal Institute of Education Private Education Commission, the seminar of the State Plan-
ning Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development (Draft Open for Comments) for private
 schools in Chengdu was held in our school on the morning of Mar. 18.  Principals from some of the private schools in
Chengdu attended the seminar, at which Mr Zhang Naiwen, President of the Chengdu Municipal Institute of Education
and Ms Lu Zhe, Director of the Chengdu Municipal Department of Education Administrative Examination and Approval
Sector were present and made important speeches.

    本次会议是在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》向社会各界征求意见的大背景下召开的。与会代表就民办学校如何提高办学品质、促进特色发展、保障教师合法权益等方面充分发表了自己的意见。

The seminar was held in the major background of the State Planning Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform
and Development soliciting comments and suggestions from all sectors of society.  Representatives present at the seminar fully
expressed their views on how to improve the educational quality of private schools, to promote their characteristic development
and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the teachers in private schools.
