School Convenes Member Meeting of Conference of Teachers’ Representatives

    2010年1月6日下午，我校教代会全体成员在三楼会议室召开会议，大家就教师福利与学校发展进行了充分的讨论。代表们回顾了2009年学校取得的辉煌业绩，也客观分析了学校面临的机遇和挑战，对学校发展提出了许多建设性的意见。

On the afternoon of Jan. 6, 2010, all the members of the Conference of Teachers’ Representatives of the school con-
vened a plenary meeting in the Meeting Room on the third floor and conducted a full discussion on the welfare of the tea-
chers and the development of the school.  The representatives reviewed the brilliant achievements made by the school in
the past 2009, and also objectively analyzed the opportunities and challenges the school has been facing and put forward
many constructive ideas for the development of the school.

    办好一所学校，需要一个同心同德的优秀团队，为此，学校也特别重视教代会、工会职能作用的发挥，进一步完善教职工与学校管理者之间的对话和沟通平台，让成外附小的干部和老师能够真正携手同心，共同推进学校的发展。

It needs an excellent team which works in concerted efforts to run a school well, for which the school has paid special
attention to the exerting of the effectiveness of the Conference of Teachers’ Representatives and the Trade Union and
has kept improving the platform for the dialogue and communication between the faculty and the administration of the
school so that the cadres and teachers of PSACFLS can genuinely make concerted efforts to jointly promote the de-
velopment of the school.

    在新的一年来临之际，衷心祝愿我们的学校发展得越来越好！

As the New Year has come, we sincerely hope that the development of our school can get better and better.
