News Express: Through a series of strict procedures such as the recommendation of the Sichuan Provincial Institute for Sci-
ence of Education, the preparation of relevant materials, an on-the-spot reply in Beijing and online publicity, our school finally
obtained an honorary title of “Demonstration School for National Foreign Language Teaching and Research” and
the honour plaque was formally presented to us on October 26, indicating that the distinctive features of our foreign lan-
guage teaching and research have risen to a higher level and that our school has become more influential throughout the whole
country.
