3月22日，我校五六年级的孩子们来到了位于郫都区的拓展训练基地参加拓展训练。冬去春来，万物复苏，孩子们脱下了厚厚的冬装，在这春天里肆意地奔跑、跳跃。拓展基地里有许多活动项目，能充分调动孩子们的力量，敏捷和身体协调能力等。在这春天里，让我们走出去，拥抱阳光！

On March 22, the students of Grades 5 and 6 of our school came to the outward training base in Pidu District to participate in outward training. When the winter passed and spring came, and everything was revived, the children took off their thick winter clothes and ran and jumped freely in this spring. There are a lot of activities in the outward base that can fully mobilize the children's strength, agility and physical coordination ability and so on.
