1月4日，成外附小召开了首次集团小学教学质量部中心组成员工作会议。会上，梅花校长就如何配合集团教学质量部，创造性地开展好中心组的工作，和大家进行了深入的交流。梅校长指出，成为集团教学质量部的中心组成员，既是一份荣誉和肯定，更是一份责任与担当，希望全体成员在做好校内工作的同时，发挥模范带头作用，与兄弟学校一道，共同引领集团学校的学术研究，努力提升各个学校的教学水平。

On January 4th ,the Primary School Attached To Chengdu Foreign Languages School held the first working meeting for members of group primary school teaching quality ministry center .At the meeting, the principal Ms Mei Hua deeply communicated with all about how to cooperate with group teaching quality department and creatively develop center work.Principal Ms Mei pointed out that becoming a member of center group of group teaching quality department is not only an honor and affirmation but also a responsibility. hoping that all members play exemplary leadership roles while doing well in school work, together with brothers school to lead academic research of group schools and strive to improve teaching levels of schools.

       梅校勉励我校全体中心组成员要不断提升自己的专业素养，做一个有专业、有水平、有高度的教师，处理好科学、艺术和人文的关系，不断求真、求美、求善，追求人生和事业发展的大境界、大格局。作为中心组成员，既要着眼大局，又要不断完善细节，既要帮助和培养年轻教师，又要推动课程与教学改革，为学生、家长提供更高品质的教育服务！
